The Hood River Transit (CAT) board held an information-only meeting this month with no action items. For free student bus passes, CAT is loosely enforcing a one-per-student policy to try to teach accountability. Another idea for fewer lost passes: add a space to write names. Gorge Express trips have been slowed by I-84 construction at McCord Creek; those delays have eased but aren’t over. Two new board members were sworn in.
